Returns & refunds

You may cancel an order at any time before it has been processed for delivery. 

Please note all personalised sales are final. 

Our expectation is that you will be delighted with your purchase. However if you are not entirely satisfied, provided you notify us at

sales@cova.london within 48 hours of receipt of delivery and return unused goods, we will issue you with an exchange or refund minus the original delivery charges. Please e nsure that you obtain proof of postage and the goods in their original packaging within 14 days.  

COVA London cannot accept responsibility for items, which fail to reach us.
